Early Game:
GAME START:
First start off by buying the basic items you'll need in the early game.
buy boots of speed and Tango of essification
i advise you to buy 2 pairs.
Or start buy buying null talisman and sobi mask
or if able make it into ring of basillius
for added armor and mana regen. you'll need the mana to bully your enemies. you dont have to worry about being stunned at early game because you have kraken shell to start of with (it removes negative buffs occasionally remember?) but dont get careless or you'll end up being dead too bit early.
LANE SCENARIO:
Start leveling in the left lane. Because creeps respawn faster there. Practice denying your creeps. dont worry too much about killing creeps because you'll have more experience than you're enemy hero if you deny your own creeps well. tidehunter's attack has a 1 second delay so time your attack well in denying.
once you reach level 3 you wont have a problem.
KILLING STRATEGY:
If your enemy gets too close gush him. and move in and attack him twice if you can then quickly move out. That'll give your enemy the impression not to underestimate you PLUS it'll hurt in the early game because your enemy's armor isnt that high and tidehunter's str is high to start with.
when you reach at least level 6-8 buy perseverance and claymore
IF ABLE because i managed to buy it this early by also farming NPCs (the monsters around the map) imediately it'll help you in the later part of the game. if able buy Energy Booster
to increase your mana. if you're able to buy the arcane ring recipe do so. (i know you're worrying about the ring of protection
, What i advise you to do is disassemble it in your Circle of power. (its in the center of the four taverns where you are for example you are in at the sentinel side , your circle of protection is located in the center of the four taverns, south of your fountain. you'll know its yours if you click the circle and no name is displayed eg. Player 1, Player 2 put your ring of basilius in the circle by dragging it and placing it there and click disassemble icon. it looks like this
) i also advise you to buy a animal courier
. it'll help you to access shops without worrying about your leveling up. this is your priority. Use tango of essification when your HP reaches 400.
ADDITIONAL TIPS:
Dont spam your gush skill for starters its because you only have little mana to start. You can only use about 2-3 gush spells at the early game. Concentrate on denying your creep first. Dont go for the kill yet till you reach the level of 5-6. By this time you'll have the ravage skill at your disposal to finish off your enemy. And if you still have sufficient mana left and you can't get too close to your enemy use gush. Always conserve your mana for the last hit. And if that doesnt work you'll still have enough time to get close to your enemy and hit him a couple of times.
